Privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, are processed through our online store. Sparky BV considers a careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

Contact form and newsletter
We offer via our webshop the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various details to deal with your question. We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.
If necessary for the service, we can collect location data (GPS) from you. For this, your permission is requested at the moment.
This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation / map software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by, for example, Google or Apple itself. The personal data and/or company data that you provide to Sparky B.V. in the context of an order whereby payment is due after delivery of goods - or by third parties to whom the claims are transferred - are used, among other things, for:
