To which address do you ship?

By default the shipping and billing address are the same. In case you wish to use a different one for either one of the purposes, you can fill in a different billing address on the payment page
Did you make a mistake in your shipping address?

Please contact us immediately and we will try to change it. In case the parcel has already been shipped, we cannot change the address anymore.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

On business days we aim to ship your parcel on the same day, in case it is ordered before 16:30. Within the Netherlands parcels are usually delivered within one business day, abroad it will be longer.
Can I track my parcel?

Once the parcel has been processed by the carrier, you will receive a link to track your parcel.
Which carrier handles my parcel?

PostNL is our carrier of choice for shipments
Not at home during delivery?

PostNL will offer the parcel once. In case no one is home, the parcel will be offered to the neighbours or brought to the closed pick-up point.
(How) can I return an ordered product?

You are allowed to return the ordered items within 14 days after receival of your parcel. You will find the procedures to return your order on the return form added in the order. The costs for returning an order are for the customer, unless the wrong item has been sent or it concerns a warranty.
Please beware - cannot be returned:

Assembled decks (griptape stuck to it) or skateboards due to the customisation of the product

Underwear due to hygiene concerns

Are products covered by a warranty?

All of our items are under the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If your order contains products with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@sparkystore.nl.
Can I change or cancel an order?

It is possible to change or cancel your order. We try our utmost to change your order according to your wishes, but orders are usually dispatched the same day and can therefore not be guaranteed to meet your requests. In case of change or cancellation please contact us at +31(0)38 422 7194.

In case this is not sufficient you can reach out to the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR-platform - ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
